Privacy notice

As the operator of this site, we take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and process it in accordance with the relevant data protection legislation.

1. Data processing


We process your personal data in the following ways:

Server log files

Our website provider automatically collects and stores certain information in server log files, which your browser automatically sends to us. This information includes:

  • browser type and version
  • operating system used
  • referrer URL (originating address)
  • host name of accessing computer
  • date and time of server request
  • IP address

We do not combine this information with other data sources.

We process your personal data on the basis of Article 6 (1) (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which allows data processing on the grounds of legitimate interests. In this case, we have a legitimate interest in ensuring the smooth and secure operation of our web server. To do this, our staff need to use server log files to identify and deal with attacks and system errors. We also need to store access attempts on the server in order to identify attack patterns. This data is erased as soon as we no longer need it. For technical reasons, we also disclose this data to our hosting provider, a company bound to us by contract, which acts exclusively on the basis of our formal instructions.

Contact and application forms

If you send us a query using a contact form, we will use the details entered on the form to deal with the query and store them in case of follow-up questions.

The mandatory fields on the form are marked as such. You need to fill in mandatory fields so that we can answer and deal with your query. All other fields are optional.

We process the information you provide on the contact form only on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). You can withdraw this consent at any time. Your withdrawal of consent will apply from the date of withdrawal onwards.

We will not pass on your data to third parties unless we have your consent or another legal basis for doing so.

We will keep the details you enter on the contact form until a) you ask us to erase them, b) you withdraw your consent for us to store them or c) the purpose for which they were collected and stored no longer applies (e.g. when we have finished dealing with your query). This does not affect mandatory statutory provisions, in particular retention periods.

2. Your rights


Subject to the relevant statutory provisions, as a Data Subject you have the following rights:

  • a right of access, Art. 15 GDPR
  • a right to rectification, Art. 16 GDPR
  • a right to erasure, Art. 17 GDPR
  • a right to restriction of processing, Art. 18 GDPR
  • a right to data portability, Art. 20 GDPR
  • a right to object, Art. 21 GDPR

If you have given consent for your personal data to be processed, you may withdraw this consent at any time. Your withdrawal of consent will apply from the date of withdrawal onwards.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint about the way we process your personal data with a supervisory authority.
